... giggling and tears came to my eyes. I really enjoyed breathing and lifted my head and straightened my back to get more air in. The birds outside started singing in time with my breathing and it was wonderful. Sadly it was over as quickly as it had come on, but it had definitely happened. I left the meditation hall feeling smug. I can do this thing, and it's pretty cool. My body isn't aching as much today.

We finally reached Kuantan ...

Plan today is to do lots of sunbathing, perhaps go in the gym, swim and maybe do 3 hours or so of walking along the beaches, think I may actually come ...
