    ... in order to let a big truck pass me, and realized about 100 feet in that what I thought was hard-pack was in fact, wet, slippery,sticky red clay. I backed up very carefully, and got myself back on the highway. That could have gotten very ugly.

    -5:30am wake up -Pack up & pack out -Breakfast time -Group meeting: the leaders announce we're playing Bike & Build Bachelor. Jordan and I had a ride date today! We ride in doubles all day before lunch, really getting to know our date.     Back in Oklahoma for a night while we waited for more storms to come along. We checked out Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge, it was really beautiful but they were in terrible drought so many of the migratory birds didn't come in this year.
