... here. We stayed in Kapi Creek and Seagull Bay. In Seagull Bay 10 of us went to dinner one night at the "organic restaurant" that didn't serve anything. We each brought a platter of food and some drinks and invited the "restaurant owner", Ahmed to join us. It was a bizarre night, but unfortunately, I didn't take the camera so no pix. Early one morning I left early and went for a walk through the hills - a few people still seem to live in ...

July 17, 2015 Turunc to Dalyan

Frustration and a definite tinge of sadness sum up the first part of the day. The frustration revolved around poor internet connections when we had some business matters which needed attention. We walked down to the restaurant and were intrigued by the containers of water at every bend. Water - to bus used in the event of a fire!

Our walk took us along the sea front at dusk - so picturesque but a huge new hotel may have an impact. Unfortunately the road is too narrow to safely walk back, at night. This meant we said no to the deserts!

... At least I make best use of the time while Elaine sleeps on, with more blog proof reading and updating.
Not too sure if we've got room for our breakfasts after our sumptuous meals last night, but will have a pretty good go at it.
We're one of the first by the pool this morning, but as usual, it doesn't take too long to fill up, and it's lovely as that old sun isn't being too aggressive early on. Right, this is it, concentrate on this sunbathing ...
