... hadn’t been to this terminal before and although it has a number of shops, nothing that interesting to look at. We spent most of the time in the British Airways lounge - there was one at each end of the terminal so we used some time up checking them both out. We did get to see a lovely sunrise from the north lounge.

Time to leave Dubai and head to my destination Thailand!! I'm really excited now and look forward to resting when I get there, hopefully in the pool and then out for food. I've just boarded the plane, it's so good boarding and not having to deal with the riff raff that I'm usually a part of :P secret passage to the plane with second upper deck seats ! ... aquarium, with large rays coming up to have nose at me. I am so lucky.....The photos don't really do justice as to how good the day was. The curator even kindly saved the best spot for me to watch the sand tiger shark feeding. 25 of them by the way, all from South Africa and shipped in through the Desert - the logistics are baffling.

Asking the curator about when they need to work with the sharks I asked -
