... counter where we entrusted our chariots to the Shiek.

With a sigh of relief we turned around to see Niko and Cvita waiting for us. Niko and Cvita are family friends from our Moranbah days who were heading off on a three month trip. No, we did not plan to leave on the same day, at the same time, on the same plane - but we did and it was great to catch up with them and plan our rendezvous in Croatia in early July with them - we will catch up ...

... Airport really is... There were people EVERYWHERE... I've never seen anything like it anywhere else... Even the Low Cost Carrier airport in Kuala Lumpur seemed tame in comparison. ... I really wish we were here for longer so we could do that. Me and mike are both wishing we had more time here. There's a lot more here than either of us realized. But we wanted to be in Rome for Easter, and didn't want to cut South Africa any shorter, so it is what it is. This morning we woke up to a huge dust storm. It was incredible. You couldn't see more than a block down the street. If even that far. A lot of people had scarves or handkerchiefs to cover ...

... ollie didn't seem to mind. We still got to see 'King croc' who was the biggest croc I have ever seen!!! We got to go bend the scenes of the aquarium and see how it all works and even got to throw some fish food to the fish so it was fun. The kids absolutely loved it and ran from one tank to the next yelling for us to keep up. We then had a another little wander around the shops, getting some lunch and some sweeties at the biggest coolest candy shop I've ...
