This was the point I was glad I'd googled something completely unrelated before I left and had stumbled on this requirement, because it's only been in place for about 3 months. Today we left Italy for the United Arab Emirates. We had a leisurely breakfast and waited in the hotel foyer for the pick up. Our driver was early and took us to the Rome Fiumicino airport via congested cross Rome roads and then the Autostrada (freeway).
