    Annette had to say her goodbyes to the boys. Allie and Henry were at the fence wondering what on earth was going on and why were they returned home before 5:30pm! We got to the table, and it was set up with packages on each place with our names on them; inside was a gorgeous gold framed Arabic calligraphy, and each one read our individual names (I've included a picture of this).     ... to me! We got to chat with the flight attendants so we were asking about Dubai and they said the sand storm was one of the worst they've ever seen. They said the storms usually occur at the change of the seasons, and usually there are only 2-3 a year. So it's kind of cool we got to see one. Makes for a good story. Also we were on Emirates and it was really good. Def would recommend them as an airline. The food was good and our afternoon snack was ice cream! Yum!! And now Rome!! Stay ...

The experience of watching people try and cram as much as possible into an overhead locker that adjoins the seat in the row behind because the previous passenger has already taken their space, is just awful.
