Dubai - 2nd day
2nd day in Dubai. We take a minibus tour of the city & visit the Gold Souks with a British couple also staying at our hotel. Later in the evening we took a cruise on the Dubai Creek.
Academic Games day 2
... more rounds of quiz bowl. With all of the done, A is in second and B sixth heading into the semifinals where they will start over in a seeded tournament. They both could do well. Team A is still dominating in the Olympiad and team B, being in 3rd, dropped a few places after the boat race. We are sitting pretty, but anything can happen on the final day. ASDubai took all the coaches out to a really nice souk and up to the Belgian cafe for a coaches' social. Home by 9. Great ...
