... across my mind where just before a stoning in the ‘Life of Brian’, John Cleese asks the predominantly bearded males if there are any women present. Perhaps the stadium was full of women but heavily disguised!!

The game finished 2-1 to the home team. We made our exit a few minutes early to beat the rush which we did with ease.

We never made it home for Match of the Day but when the whole day has been a winner we were happy to linger in our memories a little while ...

... deodorant. When I packed I didn't take into consideration how long I would be an airport refugee and therefore checked all toiletries. For whatever reason, pharmacies here do not stock deodorant. Makeup? Of course. Bug spray? Why not! Condoms and lube? Can there ever be too much? Deodorant? Nada. I did however find some in the duty free store. Thank you duty free, without you if have stunk that plane up like a 6th grade locker room after gym class.
