Tucked away amidst the chaos of Khao San and Rambuttri Road, this hidden little gem provided a great retreat.

If this is the same hotel, it has clean rooms, a pool on the roof and set in the middle of Rambutri Village where you can get massages, inexpensive food and laundry done.

    Service very good.
Room smaller but fits the purpose. Clean and has all you would need.
When booked I asked for room off the street and got it. Reduced noice from party street where all the fun is.
    Would visit again.

Outside, nothing stirs, and the street looks vacant. I sit up and see a bald man with a saffron robe on, carrying what looks to be a metal pot conversing with a woman. He's a monk of Theravada …

... that on our way to get something to eat - K looked in the local market for some flip-flop heels! Food was difficult to find as we found ourselves in the midst of closing hour but managed to persudade and a upmarket Sushi restaurant (Fujis) to allow us to eat - we were all very hungry and ordered a mixture of rice, seaweeds rolls, teriakyi chicken and raw fish - aloi aloi.
