... and that a game can involve hundreds of runs and take many hours. Surprising to see that a small town in Missouri has taken up cricket but it is doing quite well.

The old part of St. Charles is a beautiful historic district and the town was the first State Capital of MO. The old brick buildings now house restaurants, galleries, and fine shops. It was a very hot day and even a mile ...

could be updated a bit. The Union Station Hotel is in the old ...

He transformed into a huge troll and started tearing up the town in front of Lord Farquaad's castle. Lord Farquaad sent out his secret weapon though. His gigantic cookie man. Bilbo was smarter than the cookie man so he gathered up cartons of milk and when the cookie man was in sight, Bilbo, Shrek, and Fiona threw the cartons of milk ...

Our final waypoint before St. Louis was near Pacific and Eureka Missouri. We visited the Black Madonna Shrine. Its formal name is Our Lady of Czestochowa but due to discoloration of the icon by candles everyone just calls it the Black Madonna. The shrine is the handiwork of one priest who came from Poland in the 1920's. The shrine consists of 6 or 7 different grottos all built by hand using cement and rocks from ...
