      This trip was a Mississippi River themed trip; we followed the river down from St.
      Louis to New Orleans. Sometimes we think it’s fun to have a theme for the trip which

      Once we got to Far Far Away, Bilbo showed us his importance to the group. He did not have to come with us to defeat Lord Farquaad but his Tolk side wanted to.       ... the smokiness of the Snoot. Shortly after finishing our Snoot our food arrived. The brisket was moist with just enough fatty chewiness and once again the tangy BBQ sauce perfectly accented the smokiness. The pulled pork was done very well, there was no trace of the fatty parts, signifying a hand pulled sandwich and the meat itself had a good pink hue to it indicating a quality long smoke.
