We wanted to go to Bo's Hollow today first and then Akers 2 car ferry because Bo's was only 3 miles from the lodge. Bo's did not open until 10 so we ran over to Akers car ferry first and then back tracked to Bo's. The ferry had a toll of $4 and I was the only one that put my car on. The operator ran me across the river and then I got off and turned around and got right back on to ...

He transformed into a huge troll and started tearing up the town in front of Lord Farquaad's castle. Lord Farquaad sent out his secret weapon though. His gigantic cookie man. Bilbo was smarter than the cookie man so he gathered up cartons of milk and when the cookie man was in sight, Bilbo, Shrek, and Fiona threw the cartons of milk ...

... Springfield, and through to Saint Louis as a pictorial. Whatever narrative that is to be drawn by the viewer will likely be as coherent, if not more so, than our own words might attempt at explaining the pleasantly meandering madness we immersed ourself in throughout the day. Feel free to guess at what might be happening...

We'll be out on Route 66 again by Friday, as we disembark for Tulsa!
