We ate another delicious home-cooked meal, a coconut curry, a chicken dish, and several others, all cooked, seasoned and spiced with homegrown ingredients. We have traveled Goa and Kerala the last two weeks. Goa, with its' sun- bathed white beaches, elegantly crumbling Portuguese manors, and an easy-going spirit, you are never from an unspoiled beach where you can still watch the fisherman bring in their long nets and sturdy wooden dhows.
