You have to stay on the trail and you can't go too close to the water because the mud flats near the water are extremely dangerous. ... just spent the last month daily with Shivabalayogi with meny many hours of meditation and am as wide open as I can be. Foolishly I left home without vibhuti or protecting myself with sandal wood oil which is what I do when I go among crowds of people. So the night was filled with images of people often uncomfotable people.
