      ... the skiing was amazing !!! When we stopped for lunch (lasagna) I left Donna in charge of my skis to find a seat when I turned around I saw one of my skis whizzing down the piste followed by the other one. It came to rest next to a mountain hut and it took me 10 minutes floundering in waist deep snow digging it out !! All the while Donna just laughing her head off ...

      Why is it that when you need to get up to go somewhere and you set the alarm you always wake up just before the alarm goes off I had set the following for 4am - mobile phone alarm - television alarm - wake up call !!       We took a really interesting tour of the English Civil War exhibition with a guide dressed in a standard Parliamentarian military uniform.       ... some nice scarves as gifts, fellas waited in a bar close by! Guy in bar quite chatty, spoke a bit of English. Walked back along to find restaurant for tea, ran into Vietnamese guy again that we had met the day before. He told us we should go to 1516 bar for tea, so we did!
