    ... Pot experience. We had lots of things to try, and the meat was cooked right on our table on a grill. I had the salmon, and it was probably the best salmon that I have ever had, and Evie had galbi (a type of steak). The service was absolutely amazing; we were checked on by at least 5 different people, but it wasn’t intrusive at all.

    Still, Mike and I were inspired by what we saw and we are making plans for future developments at the Nielsen Estate.

    After leaving the castle, we took a wrong turn and began a hideous journey on a long and winding, narrow road to Carmel and Monterrey. It was not designed for a 30 foot RV and was not the best route to take. Arrived in Marina late, had dinner at Denny's and then checked in to a closed motor camp.

    ... 3:15 when we arrived. We took Interstate 5 which ran through the high hills north of LA before breaking out into a very flat, dusty plain. Really a huge, wide, flat valley.
