... a mechanical delay. Fortunately, we had given ourselves a nice, cushy, 3 hour layover in ATL, so there was no problem making our Amsterdam connection. ... even want BCD staff to be located in their area (or even on-site). As I mentioned, the tight-nit structure allows the company to be considerably flexible in its client relationships. In contrast to competitors, BCD has foregone the cookie-cutter approach and, in so doing, shows how it can take on the world.
PS - I also discovered today how BCD was involved in the relief effort surrounding Hurricane "Sandy"! This company is full of surprises.
