Country 2 lane
... 2 minutes of my survey I had already recorded 12 birds including 3 quail. It was actually kinda stressful and not my idea of a good wake up call. Along with the birds I also saw a Buck that already 6 developed points, no less than a dozen rabbits, and a coyote. The rest of the day was pretty much a wash after a site like that. Heading North
On Sunday, we packed up and headed North on highway 95 towards South Carolina! We got to Santee State Park around 1PM and set up camp.
Once finished of course we were hungry so we went to the Lone Star BBQ and Mercantile. Really cool place with great BBQ and antiques.

Turns out Shannon was more upset that he didn't know he was speeding than getting pulled over.
