Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78... and was walking distance away from Kellys Brewerey, Imbibe (Club/bar/Cigars) and minutes away from Downtown and Old Town. We spent the first day exploring the best of what Albuquerque had to offer, and enjoyed a memorable night out at Imbibe. The next day was spent in the arty and picturesque Santa Fe. Again we explored the central plaza and old town areas during the day, and had a relatively quiet night with lots of food and lots of sleep.

We returned to ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States dev-maxLeaving the winter home, Sharon came for a week vacation and to drive with me back to Madison. We drove to Bosque Del Apache via a few missions. Spent the night at the RV park for the birds and got up really early to see the birds fly ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States sjandbuddyWe got tired of Florida after many years and decided to give it a chance and move west. We loaded the 24 footer Budget truck holding a 3 bedroom home, attached our 2nd car, loaded the 4 dogs into the Chevy and set out to the west. Hubby drove the Budget truck and me the Chevy with the dogs 2200 miles to Albuquerque, NM. It was winter and very cold temperatures plunging into the upper 20F. We lived in Rio Rancho ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States gnatalia... studio it goes by in a flash and was such a blur in parts, maybe because I was in some ways in awe of it. The stories behind some of the recordings are legendry, as was the struggle that Sam Phillips had in promoting the music. If this was amazing then being in the room untouched from its heyday 50 odd years ago was incredible. Handling the microphone that Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley used in 1955 and seeing the gaffatape of where Elvis, DJ ...

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9So today we actually got out of bed on time and hit the road to Albuquerque, NM. It was only about a 3 1/2 hour drive which was nice. We arrived around high noon and walked around old town. This is the same place that we visited about 15 years ago when the Cochran Family made their trek across the US! Albuquerque is ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States kare1322... the rattlesnake was dead, having had it's head smashed in by a car, but to be fair, it was hard to see that at first glance. Dave was VERY upset not to have his pocketknife to take home the rattle. I was fine with that. Also, can I just say that that boy is obsessed with animal poop? Everytime there is poop on the ground, he gets way too excited. the scenery started to get really nice once we hit New Mexico. Using our Lonely Planet Route 66 ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States daveandmel... Still, it was pretty clear that this town was substandard when compared to other parts of New Mexico. It truly was eye opening.

We made it into Albuquerque just after sunset. It didn’t take us long to find the Holiday Inn near the intersection of Highways 40 and 85. As was the case in Flagstaff, there were plenty of room at the Albuquerque Holiday Inn, thanks to September 11th related fears. But, these fears turned out to be especially ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States mikvsSo first I went and visited my friend Shannon in Albuquerque, who I'd met the year before on the way to Guatemala. This was back in the days, back at the age, when such was the norm, making friends on the road. I’m not sure which was more important, but the best part was that it extended to locals, usually smoking herb, so it must have been ...
