... and truck drivers used the road so maybe everyone just ignores those signs? Who knows. There are a lot of difffences in the driving from NZ to USA. One most notceable one is that there doesnt seem to be a requitement for motorcyclists to wear helmets. Some do, but unless it is a state by state law it seems to be choice. Missouri and Kansas there is evidence of financial struggles for businesses, with many closed, including the famous Soda Fountain in Baxter Springs, which is now some sort of tertiary learning centre.
