We preferred the late afternoon tours when we knew that we wouldn’t have to pedal much further so do take into consideration where you might be staying that night.
If you enjoy great wine, beautiful countryside and bike touring then you won’t go wrong with a trip to the Napa Valley.
Use your loaf!

So, time to drag my sorry **** up a small hill and work off all this wine. I still wasn't walking straight after Monday’s 10 miles but I figured that getting out would be like hiking-hair-of-the-dog. On the way out I got to talk to my brother to learn that combined intellect of the NHS and DWP were once again causing him no end of grief. Having decided to exercise my right to JSA after my redundancy I know how endlessly and mindlessly complicated that the ...

Visiting the Napa Valley wineries

... nothing!

I got to Napa Valley just before lunch and started checking at some of the wineries. The first one I went to was Mario Andrettis winery. I had a tasting there but would have to limit the tastings I have seeing I was driving. The tasting also cost $10 so I was expecting that most of the other wineries in the region will charge for tastings. I wasnt wrong there, some of the wineries ...

... me with tales of a childhood spent in a car like this. I hit the road in the morning towards Idaho. but for some reason my hood won't stay closed so I tear off a strip form my make shift seat cover to cinch it down and vroom I'm gone again. At some point I hit a hard bump and suddenly my car is a lot louder than it was when I started. I get into Twin Falls ID, and promptly hit up a parts shop. I have special thanks to Ron at the shop, he helped me out quite a ...

... see my niece but I get a chance to visit some wineries on the way here. Ironcially now it does! >>>>>>>>Well I did visit some wineries and it was great fun! Check out the pics! Really had a great time.! >>>&gt ...

California Dreamin'

... Once they get over this, we work at strengthening our new relationship. When we give our presentation we are presenting from our heart and the positive response reflects that. We don't judge the participants. Since we started our pilgrimage, our presentation seems to be coming more naturally from our experiences. We laugh at our goofs and kind of resonate with the conversation following the presentation. One other thought was how the nomadic life affected your ...
