After Alcatraz we headed to Pier 39 to see the famous sea lions and decided to try out another recommended eatery - In and Out Burger. It was extremely cheap and all of the fries were home made there and then, which is probably why it took so long. Still, I am biased and it definitely wasn't a McDonalds.
