Got to Hickory and bought gas.......109.79.....visa. Went to Sears at a shopping mall to see Eric. Went to lunch with him to a Mexican Restaurant....about 23.00 cash. Went back to Eric's office. Had our ears tested and we both got new aids.....special deal (per Eric). Then on to Concord. Got sort of set up and went to Hooters for supper....steamed shrimp, Daytona style wings, salad, curly fries and beer. Yummy!..61.75 on ...

Got up and showered. Had just toast so pills could be taken. Went to Deer Park Restaurant in Biltmore Estate for brunch. Very, very nice and delicious......126.89 visa. Drove around the grounds and then back to the Leprechaun to take naps. Back to Leprechaun. Had a lazy afternoon. Still full from brunch buffet so had toast with baby swiss cheese and chai tea for supper......perfect. Played one game of cribbage and went to bed at 9:00. Cost of 2 sleeps at Asheville ...
