Jeff and Linda picked us up at 10am, and we were off to our Georgia Seniors golf outing at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in North Carolina. Not so fast, Jeff has to back out of the driveway. ... The grease from the onion rings was sitting heavily on my stomach and it was hot and I was tired! It’s only 1.5 miles but doing it right on the heels of climbing Chimney Rock was a bit much. Got to Hickory and bought gas.......109.79.....visa. Went to Sears at a shopping mall to see Eric. Went to lunch with him to a Mexican Restaurant....about 23.00 cash. Went back to Eric's office. Had our ears tested and we both got new aids.....special deal (per Eric). Then on to Concord.
