Hi everybody! My name is Anna and I was born and I live in Sant Pere Pescador.
Since 2 years, my husband and I, are running one Bed and Breakfast called Mas del Joncar.
We love to travel and when we go abroad we like to discover the culture and costums from every place we visit.

escribo esto tirado en las playas catalanes. A la derecha, la muralla.
A la izquierda, la Minerva. Es la playa principal de Tossa de Mar,
medirá aproximadamente 200 metros de extencion y de la calle al mar
habrá unos 100 metros.
Esta muy bueno acá, hay sol pero no molesta, hace calor pero no
agobiante.
la parte urbana es pequeña pero muy linda, con callejuelas y todo muy
cerca!

... and on the last day we got a tour of the city. It's constructed in the shape of a triangle, which was different. We saw the beautiful church (didn't see that coming, did ya?) and took a tour of the city walls, which was incredible. Storm clouds on the horizon behind the city. I was on top of the world. Then we drove back to Barcelona, and as Kortney and I got home, the rain swept in.

All in all, a basically perfect weekend! I didn't even get sunburned!

Alors là, c’est un peu la fête. 11 Septembre 2009, Barcelone fête son indépendance, Obama commémore les attentats, l’Ethiopie fête sa nouvelle année et moi, moi, et bien j’ai un tout nouveau netbook. Tout noir, tout mimi, je peux me la péter à la terrasse des cafés, dans le train, à la gare, partout quoi. Merci Papa.

Figueres is a birthplace of Salvador Dalí. There's a Theatre Museum, dedicated to him (and his wife). It's great. I loved the museum itself, especially the moving instalations and presentation of Mae West. I'm not a jewelry fan, but gaving one or two of Dalí's pieces wouldn't hurt...

... to completion. Amazing place. Full concrete factory inside the church and spending around 1 million euro per month on construction (but bringing in 50M Euro pa from tourists)

Sitting on the balcony now having caviar, beer and cheese with my sister and wife....does not get much better than this for our annivesary!!!

... town is on a hill with windy, narrow streets. It is filled with small cafes. I go to one that has tables just below a monument that is lit. Menu is in Catalan. Some similarity to Spanish but different enough that I only catch a few words. In some places, I have found that on a buildings, they will have both Spanish and Catalan. I think my waiter gives up on me. It is 30 minutes before someone takes my order (not my waiter). No apologies.

... feel like i am touching the sun. We went back to the campsite bar hoping to further develop our representations. Unfortunately nothing was going on and we soon left. After this we bravely approached a group of girls (of which none of them i was interested in Tiff because you are amazing) on the beach but due to a lack of language skills ...

... it had been a while haha...we also went by the beaches...amazing views Already saw the house that will be my vacation house when I have a family...everyone welcome to come...has places to scuba dive and park my yacht (obv goin to have a yacht...lone house on mountain side overlookin the ocean it only makes sense)....sooo beautiful...the weather cud not have been better. We also on the first day went to pick up my lil cousin to camp...had some food there and well ...

The fabulous Biljana has introduced me to this site, so we´ll see if I can find enough internet access to keep it up to date.... Today I wandered the narrow cobblestone streets of Girona, visited the cathedral the Roman bathhouses and found this internet cafe.
