      ... rocky and moody, with fog and mist creating a solemn mood. It never really got clear there, and the days were short and gloomy. But there is a beauty in that type of weather and rawness that I almost prefer to the unrelenting sunniness of the southern CA coast or the desert. There is more mystery in a foggy day than one of bright sunshine.

      FREE to enjoy. This is a lovely area and Park great for hiking and enjoying with the kids. For the Budget Crafty..this is the place to be. There is free parking and picnic area with grills. Highly recommend this area. You can swim here among the water falls..NO CHARGE.
