      Friday morning a late breakfast then off to Capilano suspension bridge .A little wary at first then Bell ventured forth I followed in her footsteps which meant wobbling from side to side 137 metres over and 70 metres high then up to the tree tops adventure of 7 suspension bridges through magnificent old growth Douglas fir trees. After returning over the suspension bridge we rewarded ourselves with an ice cream , Canadian lassies have strong wrists and serve a big scoop . ...

      ... the channel so It was a very interesting sight to see. It was hard to tell if they were anchored because of low tide or if they were just waiting to get into port. Downtown Vancouver is clean, modern and very interesting. I'm not a city dweller but there were some burrows we went through that were very inviting and made you wonder if you could live that way.

      We enjoyed a light dinner and some good conversation at a nearby sports bar. Tomorrow, we will finally be in Alaska!

      ... next run - cheapest tourist ride ever.
      Hopefully the rain won't come in on the next two days, after that it is sunny for the next week - a lot different than what I hear is happening at home. I keep on forgetting to put on sun screen but will tomorrow as the face is becoming a little burnt. Also only two more nights in luxury and free wifi but we have made many friends already with a lot of people from Australia staying here.

      ... an amazing ski resort into a mountain biking mecca! Very second gondola is adapted to carry 4 mountain bikes and then the 4 people can follow in the gondola behind. It makes so much sense, and was incredibly popular, I've never seen so many mountain bikers in one spot!
