... smiled and just sent my piece on its way. Pierre of course was underweight by 1 kg.

Our flight was on time and we taxied out by 6:30 but the captain said we would have a long taxi to the other end of the airport before taking off. It is a very long flight, although very uneventful, but still way to long to be sitting in a seat. And it seemed to take forever to leave the northern hemisphere passing through the dateline twice. After lunch we headed off to discover Gastown and Yaletown before bidding a final farewell to Gay and Bob. We arrived back at around 9.30pm after a full but fun day! We chatted to Wil for a bit and then got settled and ready for bed. We had planned to visit Phil's Aunty tomorrow too, so we needed a good sleep before another busy day!

... of glass for inside viewing, and plenty of space for outside viewing, especially with only fifteen tourists. We are given an orientation, then we head out at high speed, jumping off a few waves, but generally having a comfortable ride.

We head away from the city, all looking for whale signs, but generally heading towards a known whale feeding spot. The sea is glassy, and the scenery pretty flash, with a substantial glacier across the water from us. About half ...
