Waking up 5 minutes before my alarm, I bounce out of bed. Today I'm leaving New York and going to Orlando!! I'm glad to be leaving NYC, I'm done with it for now. I definitely want to come back one day but I'd love to bring someone who's never been before to see their face light up (from excitement and the billboard reflection!) when they see Times Square, and the Statue of Liberty, for the first time. ... on a little water rollercoster, to a really cool IMAX turtle cinema and to a very funny show with sea lions ;-) Also, we hade a really good dinner ;-) ... After all of that waiting in lines we were all relieved to find ourselves at our terminal with breakfast and coffee. The boys were excited to see our plane at the gate and our kids were the only ones hooting and running around the waiting area.

... missed the bus so have to wait half an hour for the next one... ohhhh well, we've got all day! Of course we start talking to the other people waiting and tell them all about our trip, everyone is amazed that we get 5 whole weeks "vacation", seems it's not the norm in the States for trips that long! Rodd ended up giving them a few sachets of Vegemite... we always give specific instructions on how it is to be eaten!! I'd love to know if they all end ...
