      ... a hill, with the entire desert laid out in front of you. The tour started at 5:30pm with a magnificent desert sunset. The colors changed from purple and orange, to fuchsia, to an electric pink as the sun dipped down below the horizon. At one point the whole sky looked as if it had been set aflame.       I've been back in Phoenix, Arizona for almost 2 days and still trying to get acclimated to the HEAT and time change. Almost drove on the wrong side of the road yesterday (still feeling like I'm in NZ).

      I intended to finish the NZ blog a couple of days ago, but a NZ reader was kind enough to correct me on an observation I had made. I had said NZ doesn't have a sales tax. ...
