The start of another journey! Of course the start is never very fun. Crowded airplane ("We have a full flight today so..."), lousy airline food from Atlanta to Buenos Aires. Can't sleep. 3 or 4 hours to Atlanta. 10 hours to Buenos Aires. Knowing the jet lag will be horrific!! But, we know that once that is done, we will have a beautiful, wonderful ...

It's not recommended that one drives these roads alone or at night and ...

Today was the day I got to set out to see the world! The plan was to fly from Tucson to Phoenix to Heathrow to Paris and meet up with Logan to start the next wave of sight seeing. I got up, finished packing my bag and headed off to the airport. When I got to the ticket counter, the airlines said they couldn't check my bag all the way through to Paris because I had made two bookings. This was a bummer since I was going to have ...

... brother troopers to keep the peace.

Rancid subscribed to a popular theory of community policing – take care of the small things and the big things will take care of themselves. “The broken window theory. Yeah, that’s what they called it.” He remembered learning about it in the police academy – repair the windows in a community and the big crimes will diminish. One needs to begin with an orderly base – ...
