    ... flavoured kale chips. Specifically, the bacon flavoured vegan, gluten free kale chips. Weirdest things ever. How can something vegan and essiently made mostly out of cabbage taste of bacon?! We refused to leave till he told us what was in the flavouring, and his answer, Brazil nuts. Mind blown.     Not realising there were two separate parks that make up universal, we opted for the islands of adventure because we tossed a coin. Hired out a wheel chair and i wrapped up my ankle to make it look like its sprained. Our first ride was the Incredible Hulk where our plan backfired and we waited in line with everyone else for 45 minutes pushing the wheelchair up the ramp.     ... to be in good nick, so we took it and headed for the hotel. I don't know how Laura managed to get us there safely, driving a brand new car on the wrong side of the road, at night (plus it's the first time she's driven an automatic), with that level of exhaustion, but she did it because she's amazing! We finally made it to the hotel, had quick showers and collapsed into bed at 10.30pm - a full four hours after we'd landed! Hopefully the rest of the trip is less hassle! ;) Deej ...
