We began our trip to the Magic Kingdom. We thought it would be better to drive and park at the Magic Kingdom because the shuttle from our campground only had a 6:30 or 10:30pm return time. Not knowing how the kids would fare throughout the day we thought it prudent to have an easy escape route!

... we thought we were heading for Fantasy land but got a bit lost and ended on the edge of Frontier land. So we backtracked a little, past the new Dwarf's Mine ride, and found ourselves at the top of the hill at Gaston's tavern. I had a chocolate croissant and we shared a drink. By now it was 2.45.
