Well today was worst then yesterday. Vic had to help me off the bike midway through the day. I could not even swing my leg over the bike. We rode 450 miles!
So we left the Air Force Base at 8:00 went to the Post Office to ship off my excess clothing. Felt ok but did not realize how many miles we would ride.
