... perfect (not too hot, not too sunny…just right) and it was a great hike! I have a few epic blisters to show for the day, and I’m sure my calves will be barking in the morning, but it was worth it!

... pine trees on this side, more agriculture going on and tons of Cherry Orchards. The Flathead Cherries are quite popular and famous in this part of Montana. We are lucky that we are here during Cherry season. We bought some of these cherries and they sure do beat what we buy in California. The temperature for the drive today was pretty pleasant...high 60's at the beginning of the day and about 85 at 5:00 when we arrived in Kalispell, MT about 20 miles from West Glacier.
