We spent the last day of our vacation in EPCOT again and rode Soarin and Living with the Land. It was quite full today due to the holiday weekend (MLK day) but the weather was beautiful and sunny again. We also got on Journey into Imagination and explored the countries a bit more and everyone had their last Kaki Gori of the trip. We had dinner at Rose & Crown in England. Nathan had the famous Fish and Chips which ...

... ten minutes later that it broke down. We then decided to ride Everest Expedition, but on our way the coolest thing happened. We had notice that three park employees had a demonstration with two parakeets. We stopped to watch. These parakeets were not your normal household parakeets, they were huge. Sadly I don't know what ...

... park easily, heading back through England, across the lake on a boat, to Boardwalk. There we strolled through a few of the shops, buying fudge and other taste treats. Out to the parking lot and an easy exit back to our hotel.

Now it was time to actually take possession of our room in Kidani Villages. It was dark, of course, so no animals to see. But the room was quite nice ... although a little too dark for all of us. We had a full kitchen, and ...

Happy New Year! Up and kids left in room while Caragh and Jason went to breakfast invite with our "personal hotel hotel" - really a timeshare sales pitch. No such thing as a free breakfast. Salesperson terribly disappointed when we rushed of to car transfer to change hotels without signing up. Car to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Beautiful hotel, giraffes, zebras, antelopes running free in grounds outside room. ...
