It's almost 8:45pm & we're in GA. We've made some new friends & learned a lot about train travel already. The train is nice, roomy & quiet. Apparently Amtrak subsidizes it's fares by cranking up the AC & then selling blankets!!! We're enjoying the trip so far & can't wait to get into the City tomorrow! We settled in to Cat Head Creek Ranch and RV Park on October 21. It takes its name from a local creek called, what else - Cat Head Creek.
