Ramada Inn I-95 Brunswick

Got ready to leave yesterday and discovered that the Windows program on our computer would not operate! Mike worked at it all day and still no luck. So we stayed the night and got up in the morning to try again. Thought we had success and prepared one more time. With a deadline of 2 p.m. to make a decision, we're waiting we baited breath.

Just to let everyone know, we're leaving Brunswick tomorrow morning, at last. The fellow re-doing our sail system arrived this morning with our sail, put it up and was gone by noon. Wow, it looks great Of course, we need the cover yet. That will be the week after Thanksgiving. However, we are now ready to start the trek south. We hope to be in St. Augustine by Saturday where we'll stay until we have the sail cover.

Recently I went to Sapelo Island, an island you can go to ONLY if you have an invitation. In my case, it was to particiopate in the once a month tour by the state DNR. They offer short tours twice a week (see their website for more details) but on the last Tuesday of the month, they off an extended tour of the island, the RJ Reynolds Mansion, and the Sapelo Island Lighthouse.
