One obvious problem with using Triptik is that summer is construction season and interferes with the routes outlined and it isn't always easy to get back on track. The other problem is that if a ramp is closed, it isn't always the best plan to get off on the next one because if you have made a mistake, you may not be able to get back on the main route because while there are off-ramps they don' t always have on-ramps.
