      ... wire as the towers are too far apart. Underneath us we could see a river and a power station that looked so tiny but apparently powers 70% of the mountains needs. Reaching the top we saw amazing views that included the ski runs used in the Olympics. We stopped at the restaurant for a drink.       It was wonderful to see Gary and Nancy Lazerus again. They ate dinner with us the first night at our RV, which we parked in Ferndale, a small town 45 minutes from the Canadian border.
