... the way. Saturday was a gorgeous day at the Lake; evidently those have been few and far between this summer. The 6 girls shopped at the Windmill and rode the jetskis, swam and went for a boat ride. The 3 sisters relaxed and partook of adult beverages!

We than made a turn at Kelly's Corner Road which took us through cornfields and on dirt roads. ... Returned to our mudpit of a campsite. We got mud all in our flip-flops as soon as we stepped out of Minnie. GROSS.

The drive from Niagara to Ithaca was beautiful. The rolling hills covered in trees formed a verdant backdrop to the laughter and friendship in the car. Nor is it a way to psychologically sooth any trauma I might incur from realizing what harm the emissions I cause create. It is merely a way to limit some of the destruction and to practice awareness of responsibility for my actions.
