And, in fact, due to a changed schedule, it's both possible and advantageous for us to stay here an additional two nights, so that gives us five nights here in this suite.<br>We stayed at a Candlewood the weekend ...

He made fun of the vegetarian options loudly bellowing "BLECH" when he read that there were soy sausages on the menu. After the usual struggle of dragging luggage on and off the subway we arrived at the bus departure point and arrived in Washington a few hours later. Hopefully, the pictures of this blog give a realistic overall impression. Second only to the one at Mount Vernon. Lots of interactive activities and colorful three-dimensional exhibits. We were sad to be informed that they were closing at 5:30 when we would have preferred another hour. The kids climbed into a stagecoach and mail truck, and even mailed themselves postcards. Coming out ...

The dang thing, only islocated, now refuses to bend. So my doc assigned me to physical therapy, for a finger. There must have been some sort of biker event in town, as there were a diverse mixture of gangs - we spotted the Blue Knights, the Road Dogs and the Wild Pigs (including their Road Captain), but our friends the Aces and Eights were nowhere to be seen. Throughout the day, as we walked around, we encountered quite a few of them, strolling around in small groups and proudly displaying their beards and sew-on patches. We walked up the steps at ...
