... here when we do a major Canada trip since the town seems really nice and they have some great bike trails along the river. As with yesterday, we were driving straight into a headwind which killed the gas mileage. The speed limit is just above 65 miles an hour but I could only do 55 to 60 to keep the miles per gallon above 11 (my arbitrary goal for the trip). The drive was not that exciting. So we're not leaving today. We are now booked to leave 7 a.m. Saturday and still make it, Lord Willing to Ft. Lauderdale by 11:30 Saturday night. It is a tight schedule, but an hour ago we weren't going. WestJet stepped up, namely Bonnie and made it happen for us. Most importantly, God worked through the situation. We still have a long way to go, but we'll see what tomorrow brings. Prayin' for smooth sailing here on in.
