    ... speed, or when there were no signs or any warnings on the Sat. Nav. the sky was the limit.
    Having said that, nobody was doing the mega 200 km/h plus speeds I have seen and been responsible for in the past in the appropriate German machinery. We had the DS3 sitting on 120 km/h through the Ruhr industrial area - Dusseldorf, Essen and Dortmund as the Germans only thundered past at about 160 km/h.

    ... have to pull up a lever on the gear shift in order to get reverse, Dave finally figured it out before he drove off the seventh story of the park aid.

    Once we got on the road it all came back and the driving was smooth and controlled. Benta made Pheasant for supper so we had a late supper talked again and tried to go to bed earlier as we want to leave by 8 tomorrow. Another good day in Germany

    ... We then went to the Sprengel Museum; with its comprehensive permanent collection and an exhibition of old Posters from the late 1800s and 1900s. There were lots of of posters from such atrist as Toulouse Lautrec and even Andy Warhol. It was very interesting.     Our first morning in Germany and we all slept until different times. Ann got up at 8 am; Dave at 11 am and Melody at 1:15. Ann and Dave ate breakfast together and Melody later.     ... we notice that our plane is delayed by half an hour.

    They have a different way of doing things. They do not give a gate number at the terminal for a flight or announce when a flight is ready to board but rather put the gate up on the departure screen 20 minutes before the flight is about to leave. that means you can start loading at that gate.
