... homemade beer which they was selling to us in the bar .
I acedently ordered the table the wrong drinks .... we ended up with a METRE or largr on the table in stead on a litre .
next I then ordered a 5 litre TOWER of beer which was delivered to the table and stood approx. ,, 5 foot above the table ..

That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp! I have officially set foot in Germany. (even if it's just an airport) We have a layover here, I think it's supposed to be three hours. Shouldn't ...

We went back to the Weinachtsmarkt (German word for Christmas market) where I tried my first ever Bratwurst with mustard. I was nervous at first because I'm not a big fan of mustard, or sausage, but this to me was a winning combination. The perfect amount of spice and flavor combined with the Christmas market atmosphere, I was in heaven!

... take you through a landscape you will never see from a car. Consider it - there is no better way to reacquaint yourself with your inner 12 year old and the natural world, to feel so free and care-less and in the moment in a way you'd forgotten was possible. I'll let the French have the last words. C'est du gâteux (it's easy as cake) and manger bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup (eat well, laugh often, love abundantly)!
This flight was on time and the scheduled Embraer jet. This is a comfortable small plane and BA run the service well. A hot breakfast served for all (OK, airline standard hot breakfast) with juice and coffee all in a 75 minute flight. This is a reasonable standard which justifies the nature of a full service airline.
As usual, this flight parks away from the terminal at Frankfurt so it's a bus. The bus arrival ...
