... pretty quickly.

It was a pretty uneventful day; traveling through Ohio and Indiana isn’t too exciting. We stopped in Effingham, IL, which is about 100 miles east of St. Louis. We were able to get a “buddy site” at this campground and had a great dinner; BLTs and corn on the cob.

Mike is suffering with a bad back, probably a pinched nerve. We are hoping that a heat pad, some Advil and a good night’s sleep will remedy ...

sight to see in Gays is the two-story outhouse in the center of town. I can’t
figure out how anyone would see the benefits of building a two-story outhouse,
