Monday morning and we unhooked the bikes and headed off to explore The Entrance. We wound our way around the pretty decent cycle track that took us on both side of the lake and along the ocean. We made our way back after about 25km for breakfast. We decided to take a bus trip to Gosford using our opal cards. While waiting at the bus stop Mike found someone's mobile phone, with only 2 contacts on it. Boarded the bus to find we were to be on the bus for over an hour to ...

We had fun in the Tuncurry Forster townships and had a swim in the Forster rock pool. The water in the river was so clear and a gorgeous turquoise colour - truly non river like!

The pool was great for the kids though, with a large section in differing stages of depth for the kids to play on. They loved it. Cath took a day out at the local library to study while I looked after the kids. We did however decide to move on as on the first day ...

... Lake and as we have had glorious weather, the sunsets over the lake have been beautiful to watch. We finally got to do a whale boat cruise, which was fantastic, as there were lots of whales and their calves. Would loved to have seen them breaching but they obviously weren't in the mood that day. Terry will be 70 tomorrow and our day will be spent moving ...
