Did see a lone dolphin surfing in the shore break at boomerang beach. Also saw a couple of kangaroos - our first, so all excited about that. And some amazing parroty birds and a kookaburra!

The idea caught on so that there is also a Big Mushroom, a Big Ant, a Big Pinapple, a Big Beer Can, the Big Barramundi, etc. Also there was a big Ned Kelly that we saw at a later date; but that is another story. On the main street in Forster we found a butcher who sold us sausage and lamb, and a green grocer with potatoes and ...

... beach. Then we drove back to Forster and parked the car close to the bridge. From there we walked out to the other side of the entrance.

We stayed at the Lakeside Resort which is a fair way out of town. It was a really nice spot with ************e there which was surprising as it's right on the edge of Wallis Lake. We didn't get a spot right on the lake as it was an extra $5 a night. We were one row back from the ...
