... tablets and watching the trains pass by, munching on appetizers and not complaining about dinner. We know they landed and checked into the hotel but where are they? We can't call as our phones are on international roaming; we're at the mercy of time. Finally, we decide we'll just have to order dinner, the kids can't wait any longer. Just then, Andy, with Piper aloft strides up, grinning from ear to ear. The room fills up with their warm bodies, all eager and ...

... We spent more time parking the car than we did in the village because shortly after getting there they closed the shops while we were still inside and told us we had to leave through the back door because the front door was now locked. ... We made it to Zion in about 7 and a half hours after stopping three times to fill up on gas, use the restroom, and eat breakfast. I had wanted to get to Zion by around 10:00 AM but I had forgotten about the time difference and we didn't get there until about 11:30. We checked into our campsite and ...

Lots of monkeying around today and off we trotted to the zoo, Bella wanted to see a chameleon, Lucia a polar bear, Bec a tiger and Pippa was excited about seeing a sloth (aka Lucia!!). The baby panda though completely won all of our hearts and we instantly fell in love.

After walking for ages we decided to go to pacific beach & catch our final sunset plus have a board in the sea, ...

... The hostel is a really nice place. Prolly one of the best hostels I've stayed in and I'm lucky enough to be working here. Kind of thinking it'd be nice to be here longer than a month, then again I've been spending money a bit fast, especially on alcohol. Oh well can't help the essentials right. The only downfall of the hostel is it's location, in the gas lamp area. Good for bars however bit far from the beach. Anyway that's it for now. Cheers, ...
