We continued our travels east making a quick stop in the state capital of North Dakota Bismarck. The day we arrived the temperature was 90. The day we ventured to the capital a cold front moved down from Canada dropping the temperature for the days high at 50 degrees with pouring rain. So I was unable to ...

We were looking for future campsites and specifically a campsite for tomorrow when we pick up the RV. We figure we should stick close by Williston ...

We also toured the beautiful North Dakota Heritage Center. Due to the rain we passed on our planned Lewis & Clark Riverboat Cruise and headed to Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park where we toured in the rain then happily stopped to camp for the night. Tomorrow we leave for ...

They were on their way home, only 10 miles away, but still insisted on tying my bike to the trunk and drove me the whole way to my campground. We had great conversation, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting them. Not to mention how grateful I was for the ride. Ric******* ND > Hazelton ND, 121 miles (90 of riding, 31 hitching), day ...
