      We continued around the lake and got to a small town call Kernville. It was a cute touristy town on the Kern River that usually has raft trips (currently river too low) and fly fishing. We stopped and had a snack by the river and then journeyed back towards town.

      Went to a few antique malls and came home it was too hot to do much else.

      ... don't know what was in the air this day but the kids were quite well behaved compared to their usual standards as well as Johnny being in a happy mood!!!
