What has been an issue since planning this journey is my now problematic relationship with my girlfriend of 2 1/2 years; she doesn't want me to leave. ... chestnuts and autumn leaves as part of a harvest celebration.

Didn't need to use the blankets supplied while having dinner at the platz, but it was close.

Our initial plans hadn't included travelling north to the island of Rugen or the town of Luneberg. Thoroughly enjoyed the deviation and would loved to have spent more time in this northern portion of Germany. Thanks indeed to Pat, Eckard, Nadine and Frank!

... remembered to dodge the bike riders in the bike lanes as you get on/off the bus. We had a coffee and tea before entering Tivoli. It was a great place for kids as there were heaps of rides. The gardens were beautiful and at night it would really look a picture. I worked out the best bus to catch to the hippie part of town. What an eye opener!!
