      ... Colin didn't want anything to do with me that first night. I think it was a little strange for me to be there in person after being absent for so long. Patch was excited to see me at first, but then he wanted to go watch TV. I guess that is the cool thing to do when you're 7!       ... a lot cleaner than before, the streets are in need of a make over. Shopping at a Fifth Ave store is more comfortable at a mall than on the actual 'Avenue'. The brand named shops are everywhere so being in New York to shop is not necessary anymore.

      We'll see how all of this goes, but hopefully we'll have some good pictures and stories to share throughout our ten day adventure. No matter what happens, I'm sure Dave will have some new material for his sermons, I will have lots of photos to organize, and the kids will have something (good or bad) to write about when they get back to school in September.
