    Back in Oklahoma for a night while we waited for more storms to come along. We checked out Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge, it was really beautiful but they were in terrible drought so many of the migratory birds didn't come in this year.     Got up and went for a run. Meeting at Jean & Joes at 10:30. Lots of emotions being back in birthplace. Thinking about mom and dad. Jean has nice brick house.     ... time with Erica's Grandpa and Grandma. They own a pretty large swath of farm land, and it's always interesting to see what they've been up to.
