Well, our long awaited trip is finally here! We anticipate leaving home tomorrow by 6:30am with our first night's rest in St. Clair, MO. We will then travel to Elk City, OK for night #2 and our 3rd night will be in Grants, NM.

We arrived back at the Rinto's around 5.00pm last Friday (14th) and once again were welcomed into their home. RuthAnn had to attend the United High School's sports team presentation and asked if we would like to come along. Agreed, as it should be an experience that we would not normally share. A presentation is where they introduce all the students who have made the school's various sporting teams. That being Football, Soccer (Boys & Girls), athletics, cross country running, ...
... session at the local community gym. This is an exercise routine using the stationery gym bike. A bit different to my gym routines back home, but a really good experience. The gym is totally funded by the community, although they do charge a range of membership fees to cover the everyday running costs. Seems like the fees are on a par with Australian gyms.
