We woke up rather late and after a light breakfast, we got caught up on laundry etc and started off towards our next destination, panguitch, Utah. This was a drive of approximately six hours, from California to Utah, with a brief time in Nevada. The temperature outside was above 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the landscape was a desert. We packed up this morning and said farewell to Las Vegas and our Oasis in the desert. Tonight we will be at Huntington Beach in California. It's our last night with Harvey so the beach seems like a nice way to finish. It's great being back on the road after our little rest in Vegas. We head south out of Las Vegas to hook up to Route 66 again at Barstow to complete the journey. Just before Barstow we come across a 1950's diner in the middle of nowhere called Peggy Sues. We ...

... away. The guy wouldn't shut up! Finally we made it to our room literally falling into bed and as soon as our heads hit the pillow it was lights out. I think we both did pretty good considering the amount of time we'd been up but let's face it we came here to party harrrrrrrd not relax and do jack. So that's it for now.
