... absolutely stunning. The Canyon Loop Trail begins at the parking lot, but changes rather quickly when it enters a narrow slot canyon that has been sculpted by wind and water over the centuries. It was an enjoyable hike, with a steep climb toward the end that resulted in spectacular views of the lower canyon and a number of "Hoodoos".
